Y-Tech Services, Inc. (Y-Tech) is an SBA 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. Y-Tech has the requisite engineers, designers, mechanical and electrical technicians, CAD/CAM machinery and operators, quality inspectors and test equipment to design, fabricate, assemble, integrate, install and quality accept virtually any mechanical or electrical modification on an aircraft or ground based weapon system. Y-Tech has extensive experience operating and maintaining Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratories (PMELs) in locations across the United States and OCONUS.
Y-Tech was founded in Bethel, Alaska in 2004 and received SBA 8(a) ANC certification in 2006. Yulista Holding Company, LLC purchased the engineering services company in 2008 and it became Y-Tech Services, Inc.
Y-Tech is postured to provide necessary support and labor services required to ensure that our customer’s mission is performed in a manner that is always cognizant of operational tempo and budgets.
Calista was founded in 1972 and represents over 13,000 Yup'ik, Cup'ik and Athabascan Alaska Native People. The Calista Region encompasses 58,000 square miles (nearly 10 percent of total Alaskan land area) and is the second largest Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Region in land size. Approximately 75 percent of the land within the region is owned by the Fish and Wildlife Service. Most of the remaining lands are owned by federal and state governments, with a very small amount privately owned.
